What happens when a client’s documents are incomplete?
I identify the gap, explain what is unsuitable and follow up with the client. Material eligibility or customs questions are escalated to the appointed broker or agent rather than guessed at.
How quickly can a file be prepared?
Timing depends on destination, complexity and how quickly the client supplies acceptable documents. Standard and urgent timescales are agreed at instruction; an optional 48-hour service may be available once the required information is complete.
